📍April Check-In: One Step at a Time
April tested everything—my schedule, energy, and mindset. Between work deadlines, conference travel, a biopsy, and personal loss, routines could’ve unraveled. But I kept showing up: four training days, macros logged, water and protein on point. The scale ticked up, but I call that stress, water, and maybe some well-earned muscle. Progress looked different this month—but it still happened.
